1. Fiber cement corrugated roofing sheet Specification

Asbestos corrugated cement sheet is a kind of proofing material which is made of asbestos ,cement and other fibre materials.

This proposal is based on the client’s request sheet size as the table-1.

Note: The following sheet size is just for client’s reference and the drawing should be finally confirmed when sign the contract.

The sheet product quality will be in conformity with Chinese standard GB/T 9772-1996.

2. Plant design technical index

1) Product: Asbestos cement corrugated sheet

2) Theoretical production capacity: about 3pcs/ min

3) Manpower on the production line : 18 people/shift

4) Production water supply, request: 10~15 ton/h (recycling water design)

5) Power supply system ,request: 380V, 50Hz, 3-Phase (in case different voltage and frequency, the special request to meet buyer’s local standard must be clearly informed and confirmed when order placed)

6) Total power of production equipment: 100150kw

7) Main production workshop space(L x W x H), suggested : 80 x 12 x 4.5M

8) Curing house space(L x W x H) ,suggested: 50 x 10 x3M

9) Stock yard area: according to client’s actual situation, as big as possible

3. Raw materials & prescription

The sheet production will need the raw materials below . The specifications are based on our Chinese experience just for the client reference.

The sheet quality will be depended on the local raw material quality and their proportion in technology prescription in the mixture.

We can provide the technology prescription for the sheet production after contract is effective.

4. Production technology process( as per attachment-1)

The asbestos cement corrugated sheet production will carry out the process of raw materials preparation, slurry making, flat sheet blank forming, pressing / rolling corrugating and naturally curing.

This line has features of:

* The asbestos will be processed through breaking and loosing machine to make sure of highly loose condition for the asbestos fiber.

* Press/rolling corrugation forming

The forming technology is to make sure of the product with high density , accurate shape, good surface and even stress in side of the sheet.

* Electric control system

The producing line is equipped with suitable electric control system to enhance automatic performance degree for high quality sheet and enhance production efficiency and save manpower and lighten labor strength.

The production process can be mainly divided into two divisions:

a) Raw materials preparation division

This division will consist of asbestos processing (to get high loose fiber), pulp making, raw materials batching/mixing and slurry making etc. The slurry should be getting ready in tank for followed sheet making .

b) Corrugated sheet production division

This division will realize sheet-forming , cutting and vacuum stacking.

The waste water from this division and waste materials after edge cutting will be returned to the slurry making, so there will be no any waste discharge outside .

The sheet will be placed on the steel mould board and forwarded on the line.

The wave-forming is realized through press/rolling forming. To raise the working efficiency and reduce the worker strength, wave-forming and stacking will be performed automatically.

The sheet stacked on the mould board will be transported to the curing house by trolley provided by buyer.

c) Auxiliary division

To raise the working efficiency and reduce the labor strength, the buyer should provide trolleys which will be used for sheet and mould plate transportation.

The sheet after naturally curing (no less than 8 hours) will be separated from the steel mould board and stacked. The sheets after stacked will be shifted to the stock yard by forklift. Whereas the mould boards after separated will be returned to the sheet forming section.

All the transporting devices above mentioned, fixed or mobiled crane, weighing devices and any other necessary facilities in the plant will be supplied by buyer.

Note:

1) The item 18 and cement storage silos are too big and not convenient for transportation .In addition, it is simple to fabricate at site, so it will be fabricated at site by buyer.

2) Above list will not include:

(1) Traveling crane in workshop and transport vehicle(forklift truck,trolley) for sheet delivery .

(2) Electric power, water and any other utility supply and their lines to the equipment.

(3) Raw materials store/ product store, weighing scales etc.

(4) Installation hoisting tools and machine maintenance tools.

(5) Auxiliary materials(cable/pipe/fittings/valves etc.) during installation and commissioning.

6. Duties to each party

6-1 Duties to the Supplier

The supplier will take the responsibilities after effective contract as follows:

1) Technology design and equipment supply .

2) General layout of the equipment in workshops

3) Technical requirements for power/water/civil construction work.

4) Providing foundation drawings of the equipment.

5) Provide the technical requirements for electric power /water.

6) Provide technical drawings of the silo and other steel structure parts which is to be fabricated and provided by the client.

7) Technical services

(1) Provide prescription of sheet production

(2) The technical guide to the client during installation and commissioning.

(3) Installation and commissioning period in normal conditions: 2 months.

6-2 Duties to the client

1) Provide plain drawing of the working site and its surroundings.

2) Be responsible for civil construction designing and erection works according to the supplier’s technical requirements.

3) Provide electrical power/water supply to the production equipment according to the supplier’s technical requirements.

4) Provide welding workers and its relative tools and facilities for welding work during installation.

5) Provide raw materials and auxiliary materials for commissioning.

6) Provide painting after commissioning.

7) Be responsible to protect the Chinese team’s safety by all means during their staying in the territory of the client.

8) Help seller’s technicians to get visa for site installing and commission works.

7. Expenditure for Chinese Expert Team

The seller will send one technician to buyer’s country, within 30 days after getting confirmation notice from the client informing all equipment / raw materials and civil works being ready for installation and commissioning, to instruct installing and commission the producing line as well as training buyer’s operator, provided that the seller’s technician get visa under buyer’s help.

8. Delivery time: 60 working days after received advance payment.
