2. producing process description

2.1 weighing and dosing

2.1.1 construction gypsum material

Outsourcing qualified construction gypsum material is, by lift and silo’s screw conveyor, charged into raw material silo. The raw material silo has upper/lower level indicator and two discharging outlet on its bottom. The gypsum material is fed, by screw conveyor underneath the silo, into the weighing dosing hopper. When the weight of the charged gypsum material reach at the target weight value, the screw conveyor stop.

2.1.2 water

The water from the supply line, through the solenoid valve, enter into the water weighing dosing tank. When the weight of water into the tank reach at the target value, the solenoid valve shut off. The water tank equipped with metering system.

2.1.3 gypsum block forming

The dosed gypsum is, by fast screw conveyor, charged into mixer. Water is , through pneumatic valve by gravity, charged into mixer. After high speed mixing, the mixed consistent gypsum slurry is poured into the moulding machine for forming. After short time and when the gypsum slurry get certain strength, the tongue or groove is made with the hydraulic scrapper. Then the gypsum blocks are pushed out from the moulding cavity by hydraulic device. Then, by 2D space fixture jig, pick the blocks up and placed on curing cycling pallet.

2.1.4 curing/drying section

Formed gypsum block can be naturally drying or cured in a drier, which process

up to client’s decision.

2.1.5 finished product packing and storing

The dried gypsum block can be packed manually or mechanically. Which packing process to be adopted depends on the client. We can supply full automatic packing machine at additional cost, it is not included in the offer.
