I. company breif introduction.
I. This company is devoted to Research & Developing, manufacturing, sales and technical service of steam back pressure turbine, exhaust steam turbine, high speed blower drive, low temperature ORC power generation unit.

This project will adopt our ORC integrated with high speed permanent magnetic synchronous generator with Magnetically Levitated Bearing, to recover energy from 135℃ hot water. There is no dynamic-static seal on the unit.
The high speed synchronous alternator employ rare earth permanent magnetic rotor, its maximum efficiency can achieve 95% and more.
Magnetically Levitated Bearing use magnetic force to bear load. It is a new type bearing. There is no contact, no lubrication, no dynamic-static seal, longer service life and less maintenance cost.
The Magnetically Levitated Bearing used in this project is jointly developed by many top specialists in this field. They have a lot of experience of many years manufacturing and using magnetically levitated bearing, combination with the expertise of high speed turbine and mechanic rotors. We provide our customer with high efficiency stable reliable magnetically levitated bearing.
Its running noise level <80dB(A)。
Its power consumption is only about 5%~10% of conventional fluid dynamic sliding bearing
Its static and dynamic performance can be in-line controllable
The energy of hot water, by evaporator, evaporate R245fa and become vapor; The R245fa vapor works inside turbine expander to drive alternator, the generated electric current treated by rectifier and inverter, finally output about 285.2 kw electricity power.
The expected service life is designed about 20 years
The power generator module is assembled on a skid and its approximate size (L*W*H) is 3.2 m * 1.5 m * 1.6 m .

1) Among the key parts( impeller, shaft, bearing, seal) of the turbine expander-alternator intergraded genset, its impeller, shaft and seal are manufactured by Suzhou Xida. The magnetically levitated bearing are jointly developed by specialist.
2) Provide spare part list and spare parts for two years running.
3) Provide special tools (in case there is any special tools).
4) Documents, such as drawings, instruction manuals in Chinese or English.
5) Outwards flange connection(cold medium, hot medium)pressure class PN20,according to HG20615-2009. Provide matched counter flange, gasket, bolts; Pipe adopt HG/T20553(Ia)series
6) Provide quality certificates of valve and pipe.
7) Provide manufacturing schedule and key quality control points.
8) Provide operation and maintenance training.
9) The common base of the unit is designed to accommodate the machines. The base is single piece whole in steel structure, with lifting lug, dranage panel and drainage hole, supplied with anchor bolts.
10) The seal performance of the unit is guaranteed running period no less than 8000 hours,leakage ≦0.05‰。

Organic medium heat exchanger adopt solder welding plate heat exchanger. The standard material is stainless steel. It is pure copper or nickel solder vacuum welded.
The basic material of the heat exchanger determinate the type of medium to be used in the heat exchanger. Such as synthetic oil, mineral oil, organic solvent, fresh water, Ethylene glycol mixture, refrigerant, etc.
On front panel of the solder welding plate type heat exchanger, there is a sticker or stamped arrow. It indicates the front panel and inner/external circulation position. For example, if the arrow is upward, the left side of the arrow ( connection F1, F3) is inner circulation, and the right side (F2, F4) is external circulation.
Due to one more passage, external circulation presser drop is a little lower.
Construction:the solder welding plate type heat exchanger is composed of front and back cover plate and the corrugation passages between. The plate cover group have seal plate, gasket and cover plate.
Fluid structure: there is various flow way. Double course solder welding plate heat exchanger have two different type flow way:
type:concurrent or countercurrent.
Design working condition and certification:
• Europe: Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
• America: Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
• Japan: High Pressure Gas Safety Assosiation (KHK)
1) employ S7-200 series (Redundant point 15%)PLC,equip with MODUBUS communication port and relative elements;
2) Provide P&ID,instruments list and matched data sheet,I/O detailed list、address,PLC source sequence, logic control diagra;
3) Emergency shut-off valve adopt product of Zhejiang Sanfang or Taiwan Jindian, valve body material is WCB and valve core is CFB, Shanwuzhineng AVP-100 or Siemens positioner, SMC filter pressure reducing valve;
4) pressure transmitter adopt Chuanyihenhe EJA, with local LCD displayer,with HART protocol;
5) pressure guage is stainless steel made, M20*1.5 connection,Dial diameter 150mm,vibration proof, Tiankang or equivalent;
6) Temperature guage adopt PT100,M27*2 connector,Chuanyi or equivalent;
7) Adjusting valve (in case any) adopt Zhejiangsanfang or Taiwan Jindian . valve body material is WCB and valve core is SS304 , Shanwuzhineng AVP-100 or Siemens positioner,ASCO solenoid valve,SMC filter pressure reducing valve;
8) Instruments valve adopt SS304, M24*1.5 connector;
9) Pressure guide tube adopt SS304; tube diameter 14*2;
10) Instruments protection class IP65;
11) Responsible for control system design;
12) Equip with suitable UPS power source to meet various requirements, battery adopt domestic quality battery, the main unit adopt Emerson product;
13) Detail description of unit monitoring system, protection system, adjusting system and control system, provide with detail list;
14) All instruments control system are independently set, there is no relevance with producing device. Only communication protocol is adopted to transmit signals each other;
15) Provide layout drawing, take positions of control cabinets into consideration.s

1) Adopt high speed generator, grid-connection voltage is 400V;
2) The alternator is jointly developed by Suzhou Xida and its exclusive supplier;
3) Alternator’s neutral point and transformer and current transformer in grid-connection cabinet are requested to have same transforming ratio, and belong to same lot of product from same manufacture.;
4) Provide primary and secondary electrics design;
5) Motor and electric cabinet protection class IP23。
